Who we are

ProcrastiGauge is provided by YOUR COMPANY NAME ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

What the app does

You answer daily questions about your day. The app turns your answers into a score out of 100 using a fixed formula, and may use AI to explain the result and suggest plans. The score is a self-reflection tool, not medical, psychological, financial or professional advice.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the age required in your country to use online services.

Subscription and payment

ProcrastiGauge requires a paid subscription. Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout and any rights you have by law.

AI features

AI explanations can be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on them for important decisions. Plans and tips are suggestions only.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer it, no unlawful content, and no sharing of your account.

Your data

You own your content. You can view, download or delete your data at any time from your profile. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available. We may change features or these terms; if the change is material we will tell you in the app or by email.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
