Delete your data and keep your account

Delete your data inside the app

Open ProcrastiGauge, go to Profile, then Data & privacy, and tap "Delete my data". This erases your check-ins, scores, XP, plans, goals and settings straight away. Your account, name, email and subscription stay, so you can keep using the app from a fresh start.

Delete only some of your data

Email support@procgauge.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete some of my data", and say what you want removed (for example a date range of check-ins). We will delete it and confirm by email, normally within 30 days.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@procgauge.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my data". We will erase your data, keep your account, and confirm by email, normally within 30 days.

What is deleted

Check-ins and their answers (including mood, sleep, stress and exercise), scores, XP, plans, goals, notes, settings and saved drafts. Anything sent to our AI provider for analysis is not kept by us after the response.

What is kept

Your account (name, email and sign-in), your subscription status, and payment records held by Google Play or Stripe. Anonymous usage events and crash reports are not linked to your name or email. Backups are overwritten on their normal schedule.
