What we collect

Account details (name, email, password stored as a secure hash by our authentication provider), your check-in answers, scores, XP and settings, and basic technical data needed to run the service.

How we use it

To provide the app: calculate your score, show your history and progress, and generate explanations and plans. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

AI processing

When AI analysis is on, the app sends your scores and multiple-choice answers to our AI provider to write your explanation. Your written answers (tasks, goals, notes) are sent only if "Share written answers with the AI" is switched on in your profile. You can turn either setting off at any time; the app then uses built-in guidance instead.

Usage statistics

In the release app we count anonymous product events (for example that a check-in was started or finished, or which plan was chosen) with our analytics provider (PostHog) to improve the app. We link them to a random account id, never to your name or email, and we never send your answers, goals or notes. No screen recordings are made. You can switch this off in Profile under "Share anonymous usage data".

Crash reports

If the app crashes, it sends a technical error report (what broke, the app version and device type) to our error-tracking provider (Sentry). It does not include your name, email, answers or other content, and it is not used for advertising.

Who processes your data

Our hosting and database provider (Supabase), our AI provider, our error-tracking provider (Sentry), our analytics provider (PostHog), and our payment provider (payment card details go straight to the payment provider; we never see or store them). [Add exact provider names and countries.]

Where it is stored

On servers operated by the providers above. Your data is protected by access rules so one user can never read another user's data. Some preferences are also stored in your browser.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. If you delete your data or your account, we delete it from our systems; backups are cleared on their normal schedule.

Your rights

You can view and download your data, correct it, delete it, or delete your account from the Profile screen. Depending on where you live you may have further rights (such as access, objection or complaint to a regulator). Contact us to use them.

Children

The service is not for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If we learn we hold such data we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will tell you in the app or by email.
