# How does ProcrastiGauge use AI, and what happens to my data?

**Short answer:** ProcrastiGauge uses AI only to explain your score and write plans. It never decides the score. Your written answers (tasks, goals, notes) are sent to the AI only if you leave "Share written answers with the AI" switched on. You can turn AI off, and you can view, download or delete your data at any time from your profile.
